Eric Shamlin, CEO, Secret Level and Co-Governor, Emerging Media Programming Peer Group, Television Academy: Eric Shamlin leads entertainment growth at Secret Level, where he heads up innovative partnerships with leading technology and entertainment brands. Tony Gemma is Vice President, Global Head of Yahoo Creative. In this role, he leads a diverse team of strategists & creators around the world supporting clients with industry-leading omni-channel creative solutions across display, native, digital OOH, CTV, dynamic, and more. Previously, Tony held roles as Head of Innovation at Verizon Media, Head of Mobile at AOL and Regional Vice President at Millennial Media in which he was responsible for accelerating new ad solutions and driving strategy for US business lines. Tony began his career in marketing strategy roles at Starcom MediaVest Group and SAP working with flagship brands such as Microsoft, General Motors, Sara Lee, and Allstate Insurance, often breaking new ground in arenas such as video, mobile, social, and immersive, as they emerged alongside more traditional offerings. Tony lives in San Rafael, CA with his wife and two children. Natalie Comins, former, Senior Creative Principal, Huge : Natalie is a multi-disciplinary creative leader with nearly 20 years of experience spanning design, storytelling, experience and innovation for brands across a diverse range of industries. At Huge, Natalie has led the creative vision and execution for global clients, harnessing the power of transformative technology for novel brand experiences and engagements. Noteworthy highlights include multiple large-scale activations at Art Basel and SXSW for blockchain brand Tezos, in-store retail activations for Foot Locker, VR product innovation for Meta Quest Store, experience innovation for Planet Fitness, conceptual XR experiences for Kohler and P&G brand SK-II, and 4+ years working in the APAC region with SK-II on immersive retail innovations and physical-digital experiences. Beyond her role as Senior Creative Principal for clients, Natalie was the Global Craft Lead for the Visual Design community at Huge—a team of 75+ visual, motion, and experience designers—and served as a mentor committed to creative excellence, inspiring her team to elevate standards and foster a culture of inclusivity. Prior to Huge, Natalie has worked with various creative agencies in New York City creating visual brand content and experiences for notable brands such as JetBlue, Aer Lingus, Sharp, General Mills, P&G, American Express, Delta, Johnson & Johnson, Penguin, and Loews Hotels among others. Natalie is passionate about exploring open-ended questions in creative innovation and has published her perspective across various media, has spoken as a guest lecturer at the School of Visual Arts and has joined panel discussions for AIXR and CES on technology’s impact on the future of brand experiences.


Elizabeth Kiehner is Chief Growth Officer at Nortal, a multinational digital transformation company leading sales and business development, marketing, and strategic growth through M&A. She has 8 years of experience as an executive in the global technology services space with a 25 year career history as an entrepreneur, keynote speaker and award-winning author. Before joining Nortal, Kiehner was a Vice President of Enterprise Transformation at Capgemini Invent. During the start of the global COVID-19 pandemic, she set up the Digital Transformation Office of Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Before that, she spent over 5 years at IBM, establishing a global Experience Design Center of Excellence within IBM Services as well as a sales team focused on IBM’s largest global accounts.
