Kirthiga Reddybrings over twenty years of experience leading technology-driven transformations to her role as Co-founder & CEO, Virtualness. She is Founding Investment Partner of F7 seed fund. She serves on the Board of Directors for WeWork and Pear. Previously, she was the first female Investing Partner at SoftBank Investment Advisers (SBIA), manager of the $100B+ SoftBank Vision Fund. At SBIA, Kirthiga focused on frontier, enterprise and health tech investments and managed a portfolio of $5B+. She served on the Board of Directors for Collective Health and Fungible. She also served on the Investment Committee for Emerge, global accelerator for brilliant companies led by underrepresented founders. Prior to SBIA, she was Managing Director, Facebook India and South Asia for over six years, starting as their first employee in India. Her subsequent experiences at Facebook focused on emerging and high-growth markets including Mexico, Brazil, Indonesia, South Africa and the Middle East. She has also served as Chair, Stanford Business School Management Board. Kirthiga holds an MBA from Stanford University, where she graduated with highest honors as an Arjay Miller Scholar, an M.S. in Computer Engineering from Syracuse University and a B.E. in Computer Science from Marathwada University, India. She has been recognized as Fortune India’s “Most Powerful Women” and as Fast Company’s “Most Creative People in Business” among other recognitions.


Sean Atkins, CEO of Dhar Mann Studios: Sean Atkins has a proven ability to build high-value businesses across diverse industries. Over the past 20 years, he has been a pioneer at the intersection of consumer, media, and tech, driving transformative initiatives at several of the world’s leading brands, including MTV, Discovery, HBO, Bertelsmann, Jellysmack, Yahoo!, and Disney. He now serves as CEO of Dhar Mann Studios, the mission-driven digital media company that reaches over 120M+ followers around the world with inspirational narrative content. One of the fastest-growing independent digital media companies, Atkins oversees 150 employees at Dhar Mann Studios as well as the company’s 100,000 SF production space in Los Angeles. He also launched and leads DMS’ creator-services business, 5th Quarter Agency, which helps its creator clients to generate more than six figures per month of incremental revenue. Atkins has successfully built several $100M+ businesses across consumer internet, the creator economy, ad tech, ed tech, OTT/streaming, e-commerce, podcasting, and licensing. As President of Jellysmack, Sean led revenue, go-to-market strategies, customer engagement, brand sales, content teams, and new business initiatives to build the #1 globally recognized creator economy brand. While President of MTV, Sean reversed five years of audience decline, restructured the business to free up $100 million in operating costs, and created a new digital line of business that achieved a $40 million revenue run rate in less than 18 months. As Chief Digital Officer for Discovery Communications, he transformed the digital business by investing in the first Creator Economy companies and developing Discovery+.


Ali Berman is a Partner and Co-Head of the Creators division at leading global talent, entertainment, sports and advisory company UTA, representing the Internet’s brightest stars. Notable clients include Emma Chamberlain; Heidi, Marc and Charli D’Amelio; Colin and Samir; Alix and Ashtin Earle, The Jonas Brothers, Jake Shane, Connor Wood (a.k.a. Fibula), Airrack among others.


Ashley Menschner, SVP, Media Strategy & Engagement Ad Council: As SVP of Media, Ashley Menschner oversees the Ad Council’s media strategy & engagement center of excellence. Ashley’s team is responsible for securing over $1B in donated media annually. She has been at the forefront of the industry helping partners and brands develop social impact campaigns and speaks on such topics at Cannes, CES and SXSW.

Will Pearson is the President of iHeartPodcasts where he oversees the company’s operations in NYC, Atlanta and Los Angeles, as well as the growth strategy of iHeartPodcast content. The iHeartPodcast Network amasses more than 368 million downloads a month, making iHeart the No. 1 podcast publisher globally. In Pearson’s time at iHeart, the podcast division has launched the Big Money Players slate with Will Ferrell, a Shondaland Audio slate with Shonda Rhimes, and co-production slates with Pushkin Industries, the NFL, NBA and Bloomberg. With a focus on bringing greater diversity into podcasting, in 2020 iHeart launched The Black Effect Network, the world’s largest podcast network dedicated to black voices, and later My Cultura, the fastest growing podcast network dedicated to Latinx voices. Pearson joined iHeartMedia in 2018 when the company acquired Stuff Media. At Stuff Media, he served on the leadership team responsible for growing the podcast division, secured an investment from the Raine Group and led the integration of the division into iHeartMedia. Prior to joining HowStuffWorks, Pearson was the Co-Founder and President of Mental Floss, a media company he launched in 2001 with co-founder Mangesh Hattikudur. Over his 16-year leadership at Mental Floss, Pearson oversaw the launch of Mental Floss Magazine, the publication of several bestselling books, the creation of a children’s education series called SmartyPants and the growth of a digital audience of more than 20 million regular readers and viewers. In 2011, Pearson and Hattikudur sold Mental Floss to Dennis Publishing. In his spare time, Pearson and his wife Georgia work together to support organizations in their hometown of Birmingham, Alabama, including Magic Moments, a wish-granting organization where he served as board chairman, The Nature Conservancy and Glenwood, which provides services to those in the autism community.


Lizzie Collins, SiriusXM Media’s SVP of Ad Innovation and B2B Marketing, has always excelled at delivering on what’s best for advertisers while keeping sacred the importance of the listener experience. An inductee of the Advertising Hall of Achievement, Lizzie was Pandora’s first salesperson in 2006 and has grown to become an industry leader in audio advertising innovation. Lizzie was a leading force behind the recent launch of SiriusXM Media, the combined sales organization encompassing the SiriusXM, Pandora, and Stitcher brands, which together represent an audience of over 150M listeners - the largest digital audio advertising marketplace in the U.S. From the rise of connected home listening to the skyrocketing growth of podcasting, Lizzie continues to push the boundaries of digital advertising by focusing on the future. She is responsible for leading SXM Media’s robust podcasting strategy, bringing scale to podcast advertising while maintaining an intimate listener experience. She oversaw the creation of Studio Resonate, SiriusXM Media’s in-house creative consultancy, which helps connect brands with an unrivaled array of ad technology solutions, exclusive programming, proprietary research, bespoke creative and production solutions. In 2019, Billboard featured Lizzie in its prestigious “Women In Music” issue for her leadership and trailblazing efforts in the industry. She was also featured on Campaign’s “40 Over 40” list of exceptional leaders who are transforming the modern ad world. Lizzie is based in Los Angeles, California.
