Xiaobi (Iris) Pan is a globally-recognized pioneer in the fields of Emerging Technology Design. She has been the inventor of the very first sound wave interactive installation visited by over 1 million participants, the app that promises to plant 100 million trees on our planet by 2025, and a series of industry-leading new technology products and experiences. She has been a recipient of the Red Dot award, A' Design Award, the ADC Awards, the UX Design Awards, the Fast Company Innovation by Design Award, etc. She has presented her works at various conferences, universities (Harvard, Yale, Northeastern, Emerson College, Pratt Institute), and companies (Apple Inc, IDEO, for example). She has been a jury member of various international design awards, including the SF Design Week Awards, the IxDA Interaction Awards, the Indigo Design Award, the Orpetron Web Design Awards, the Australian Good Design Award, etc. Currently a Lead Designer at Amazon, she is dedicated to using technologies like Augmented Reality and Artificial Intelligence to revolutionize the consumer experience for both business and social good. Outside of work, she likes to write, make music, and saber to her custom songs in Virtual Reality. Her writings on design, technology and their social implications have influenced over 10 million readers worldwide.


LORI H. SCHWARTZ is a true technology catalyst (‘Tech Cat’). As a leading advisor and speaker in marketing and tech innovation, Lori collaborates with executives of multiple brands, tech, and content companies to ensure their understanding of emerging content models. Los Angeles-based, Lori is a CNN Technology contributor. Lori’s StoryTech initiative facilitates communication between storytellers and technology companies. Their trends briefings, curation, and tour products have become well known globally through the work @CES, @NAB, @NATPE, and @IBC. Previously Lori was a Governor for the Television Academy’s Interactive Media Peer Group, driving thought leadership for the future of interactive media. She was Chief Technology Catalyst for McCann Worldgroup, North America where she drove tech and content innovation and was the key principle to launching the highly regarded IPGLAB where she facilitated emerging media upfronts for Microsoft, Intel, General Motors, Nestlé, and Sony. She has been profiled as one of the “30 Executives Shaping the Evolution of Media and Technology” by Variety and “100 People to Have Lunch With” by MediaPost Publications. An active spokesperson, Lori launched Digital Hollywood’s ‘Women’s Entertainment and Technology Mentor Program’ and is a recipient of the Lucy Hood Digerati Award for her contributions to the Television Academy.


Jason Yim is the founder & CEO of Trigger XR, the world’s most experienced XR creative agency and developer. For over 15 years, he's been strategizing, building, and running XR solutions for the world’s top brands, helping them to launch cutting-edge AR, VR, and immersive solutions across mobile and HMD. Paul Aaron, Co-Founder & CEO, Addition: Paul is one of the industry's leading experts in applied AI in marketing and advertising. In 2021, he co-founded Addition, which has become an industry leader in AI System Design and Development, creating AI solutions for many of the world’s leading brands, including Google, Kraft Heinz, Unilever, Prudential, Amazon, and The New York Times. Addition’s work has pioneered several industry firsts using AI and has been recognized worldwide, from the Wall Street Journal to multiple Cannes Lions awards. Paul is also a thought leader in the emerging discipline of AI System Design, speaking at conferences including SXSW, Cannes Lions, AICP, ANA, and Mirren. Before co-founding Addition, Paul spent twenty years in the advertising industry, leading creative technology, digital production, and user experience strategy for some of the world’s leading agencies, including the past two Ad Age Agencies of the Decade (Crispin Porter Bogusky and Droga5).


Fabian Birgfeld is CEO and co-founder of W12, a TCS Interactive Design Studio, leading the TATA team of 1800 designers globally. He is a trusted partner in product strategy and service design for global brands. Fabian is a founding partner of W12 Studios. He and co-founder Michael Albers started the design studio in 2012 to create a practice around people, skills and passion. At the heart of W12 Studios is the belief that amazing people working together will create ground breaking designs that will make a better future. W12 Studios brings many disciplines and teams together to work on next generation products ranging from TV platforms to fashion campaigns. Beforehand Fabian worked at frog design, Method and the BBC where he led the design teams for iPlayer, News, Sport and 2012 Olympics. Fabian has taught design and theory at Princeton University, Syracuse University and NJIT. His art and designs have been frequently exhibited in the US and Europe and won numerous awards. Born and raised in Germany, Fabian holds a BA in Economics from Harvard University and a graduate degree in Architecture from Princeton University.
