Exploring Our Mission: “Advanced Intelligence Technology”
is a profound, personal as well as industry altering addition and adjustment to all our lives. The notion of an “Intelligent Agent” to assist in our daily existence can seem like an absurd exaggeration, even a “Non-Sequitur.” After all, “Help Lines” attached to any institution or website from Healthcare and Banking to Education are obviously representations of the exact opposite. Namely they are no help at all. But what if an “Advanced Intelligence” could intercede in this tedious process? Let us for a moment imagine that an AI could welcome you to a website and perform a service at a higher level of performance than a “Trained Personal Assistant” at Tiffany’s, your “Personal Trainer” at Soul Cycle or your most trusted “Financial Advisor.” This Conference and the Committees that we are creating are intended to drill down into the “The Consumer Experience of the 21st Century” and explore what the “Arrival of Artificial Intelligence, Advanced Intelligence” might mean. We believe it will be transformative.

The Intelligent Gateway Initiative: AI Brainpower for Chatbots - Imagining a New Site Experience: Gateway to Enhanced Consumer Engagement
AI has been, for decades, has powered even defined predictive decision making in our many industries, but beginning today, AI as an “Intelligent Agent” will slowly emerge as a new and potent “Consumer Facing Technology.” The Google “Front Page” design has, to this day, remained consistent, what we now refer to as “A Prompt Box,” or what we used to “quaintly” refer to as “Search.” However, starting today, “Chatbots” are going to become “Intelligent” and create a new and “Wildly Popular” interface with the consumer, serving as a “Gateway” on BtoC or BtoB site experiences. Is this true? Is this possible? Who is going to “Train the AI” the Intelligent Gateway with all the secrets and proprietary data needed to fulfill this declaration? Building a “Private/Proprietary AI” for “Every Brand” big and small is the goal. Possible? Let’s explore.

The “Hollywood” design labs, whether in LA, NYC, Toronto, London or Paris have transformed the world of advertising and branding, even creating “Global Cultural Norms” in the process, and there is no rest for the weary. AI, XR plus “The Cloud” and evolving platforms and devices have opened the door to another level of innovative intensity. Is there a “Method to the Madness” of new and explosive innovation on websites or on TV, at “Spectacles – The Live Events,” in the development of the UI on Smartphones and in Cars and Spaceships. With the Imagination of the “Designer” at the “Wheel,” how will the industries, the Brands, Agencies and Studios sort out the “Wheat from the Chaff?” It’s called the “Challenge of the Future”, and this is our call to action.

The Brand & Analytics: Next Level AI & Social Strategies - Where DeepMind, Data Science and Personal Preference are Discovered
Twenty years ago, we began our journey with “Contextual and Personalized Content,” pushing the boundaries of data science and analytics and today we have added superpowers of “Advanced Intelligence” to the entire enterprise. This committee will examine next-level AI UX/UI design and research, including voice and video interfaces, and the impact of AI on social strategies. Yes, it’s about AI, but it’s the “Human + AI Power” that will ultimately determine a successful technology implementation or campaign. “Brand and Analytics” is a massive challenge, it’s an industry. This entire conference is dedicated to breaking down this complexity into movable parts, and it is our intent to drive some of the big ideas through the work of this committee.
