Fiona Tan is Wayfair’s Chief Technology Officer, and oversees a global innovation team responsible for creating market-leading experiences through its world-class e-commerce platform. Prior to Wayfair, Fiona served as senior vice president of U.S. Technology at Walmart where she was responsible for innovation and engineering execution spanning its site, mobile app and all associate and merchant-facing technology across its e-commerce and stores business in the U.S. Her prior roles at Walmart include senior vice president of Customer Technology and vice president of Engineering. Prior to Walmart, Fiona served in a number of leadership roles at Ariba, where she led a global engineering organization responsible for the strategy, lifecycle, and delivery of the Ariba Commerce Network, as well as TIBCO Software. Fiona has a master’s degree in Computer Science from Stanford and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from MIT.


Michael Olaye, SVP and Managing Director, Strategy & Innovation, R/GA: With an illustrious career spanning over 25 years in the digital industry, Michael has seamlessly intertwined technology, creativity, growth, and product development to establish his distinguished reputation. Currently holding the position of Senior Vice President and Managing Director for Strategy and Innovation at R/GA, he brings forth his exceptional expertise and visionary leadership. He works with industry-leading organizations, creating products and services powered by automation within Health, automotive, travel, and finance. Michael has held a variety of C-suite roles that give him a unique insight into how technology turns organizations on or off, from being the CEO of ad agency Dare, where he was responsible for repositioning the agency as an experience-driven digital company - and as Group Chief Technology officer at Oliver Agency and Head of Technology & Innovation at Havas London. Between 2001 and 2010, Olaye worked at digital creative agency U-Dox, where he was a founding member and head of digital and served clients including Adidas, Nickelodeon, and EMI. Earlier in his career, Olaye worked as a software engineer and flash animator. Olaye studied Electrical Engineering at the London Metropolitan University. Michael's outstanding contributions have garnered widespread acclaim, reflected in his receipt of numerous prestigious accolades, including Cannes Lions, LIA, D&AD, Guldagget, Eurobest, Cristal, and Clios.


Natalie Comins, Group Creative Director, Huge: Natalie is a multi-disciplinary creative leader with 18 years of experience spanning visual design, storytelling, digital experience and innovation for brands in the luxury, consumer packaged goods, technology, fitness, and retail spaces. Since joining Huge in 2014, Natalie has led the creative vision and execution across a range of global clients, harnessing the power of transformative technology on novel brand experiences and engagements. Noteworthy highlights include multiple large-scale activations at Art Basel and SXSW for blockchain brand Tezos, product innovation for Planet Fitness, conceptual XR experiences for Kohler and P&G brand SK-II, and 4+ years working in the APAC region with SK-II on immersive retail innovations and physical-digital experiences.  Prior to joining Huge, Natalie honed her craft at digital-first agency Rokkan creating visual brand content and experiences for JetBlue, Aer Lingus, Sharp, General Mills, Mikimoto, and P&G. Before that, her early roots at agencies in New York City brought a wealth of creative expertise across various brands such as American Express, Delta, Johnson & Johnson, Penguin, Loews Hotels, and JPMorgan Chase to name a few. Natalie is a thought-leader who is passionate about exploring open-ended questions in creative innovation and has published her perspective across various pieces in Huge Moves, Huge’s editorially independent magazine focused on the design and technology trends shaping the future of business. Natalie has also spoken as a guest lecturer at the School of Visual Arts on digital design and as a panelist for AIXR on the future of WebXR for branded experiences. Beyond her role as Group Creative Director for clients, Natalie leads the Visual Design Craft Community at Huge and is committed to creative excellence, mentoring her team to achieve the highest possible standards of creativity through on-going inspiration and connection


Pablo Colapinto is Head of Immersive at Nexus Studios, where he leads the creation of next-generation XR spatial interactions, behaviors, experiences, and narratives for clients including Disney, Niantic, Google, Facebook, Samsung, MLB, T-Mobile, Verizon, and AT&T. His varied background bridges filmmaking, animation, emerging technologies, product design, computer science, mathematics, and theater. Working closely with directors, researchers, designers, artists, and engineers across industries, he has helped to establish a highly sought-after practice of spatial content production from Nexus’s Los Angeles office.


Dustin Callif, President at Tool: As President, Dustin leads the day-to-day management of Tool, an award-winning creative production partner for some of the world's most recognized brands, ad agencies and entertainment studios. Through a mix of best-in-class live-action content, experiences and creative technology executions, Tool helps brands conceptualize and produce creative marketing that stands out. A sought-after thought leader who specializes in the intersection of brand storytelling, creative technology and commercial production, Dustin’s is at the forefront of developing advertising campaigns supercharged by Artificial Intelligence. He believes there is a game-changing opportunity to leverage AI to revolutionize the content production pipeline, and his work/speaking focuses on how marketing teams can leverage new technology to develop powerful creative tools that make the production process better and more efficient. Tool has been a leading voice in AI since 2016, having worked closely with brands such as Coke, Toyota and New Balance to develop AI-powered campaigns that leverage NLP, Generative, Prompt Based and Computer Vision technology. Throughout his career, Dustin has worked with many of the world’s most notable brands, including Amazon, Uber, Airbnb,, Chobani, Facebook, Netflix, Google, Under Armour, Landrover, Intel, Starbucks, Nike and others. His projects have been recognized with 1000+ awards, including two Emmys, a Cannes Lions Palme d'Or, and honors from the Webby Awards, AICP Next, the Clios, One Show, SXSW, Ciclope, FWA, Awwwards, MTV VMAs, AICP, OMMA and Davey Awards. Dustin has spoken and judged at many of the advertising and marketing world’s largest conferences and awards shows, including the AICP Conference, SXSW, Collision, Ciclope, TV of Tomorrow, F5 Fest, Cannes Advertising Festival, NAB Conference, Seattle Interactive Conference, DMEXCO and Digital Hollywood. He’s also a frequent contributor with Forbes on the subject of AI & advertising. 


John Canning, Director Developer Relations - Creators, AMD. John Canning, a leading expert in all "Media, Technology and Platform Issues" has recently joined AMD. For the past few years, he had been with Digital Domain, - renown for creative visual effects for feature films, including the recent Avengers Infinity War movie. They also create visuals for advertising, games, training, and immersive content, including their own original content. Prior to Digital Domain, John was the VP of Interactive Experiences for NBCUniversal, creating VR and other digital experiences for The Voice, Million Second Quiz, The Blacklist, and others. In the past, he’s also spent several years at both Microsoft and Disney. On the side, he’s the Chairman of the New Media Council at the Producers Guild of America. He’s also an independent producer, cinematographer, and photographer for good causes.
