Elav Horwitz, EVP, Global Director of Applied Innovation, McCann Worldgroup: Elav Horwitz is a futurist and innovator with over two decades of experience helping the world’s best-known brands harness the power of new technology to drive growth. She currently leads innovation and partnerships for McCann Worldgroup, working with clients including General Motors, Nestle, Mastercard, Coca Cola, L'Oreal, Cigna, and Johnson & Johnson. As an expert curator, Elav works across technologies, distilling current advances into digestible, relevant, and growth-oriented opportunities for clients. She established McCann’s world-leading Web3&AI practice and partnerships network, designed to educate Fortune 500 clients on the future of Web3 and AI, both ideating with them and implementing their visions. Elav is a champion of a culture of inclusive innovation throughout the enterprise, creating new proprietary tools and human-centric methods that tackle businesses’ challenges while driving revenue. Her global network of startups, founders, and tech leaders has been built during a career spanning the US, Europe, and Israel; her programming experience in the Israeli army, and deep connections forged with tech companies in Tel Aviv, several of which she remains an advisor and mentor to. Shara Senderoff is a well-respected technology entrepreneur and venture capitalist. Senderoff’s reputation for visionary strategy and foresight both technically and creatively has commanded both attention and praise throughout the entertainment industry. Senderoff has been named one of Forbes’ “30 under 30,” Rolling Stone’s “Future 25,” Fast Company’s “100 Most Creative People in Business,” Billboard’s “40 Under 40” and esteemed “Women in Music.” As Co-Founder of open metaverse ecosystem, Futureverse, Senderoff leads a team of futurists shaping the next version of the internet. Alongside Futureverse, Shara also founded Born Ready, a venture fund and studio focused on investing in and incubating technology ventures shaping the future of the internet. A prolific early adopter, Senderoff founded blockchain venture fund and studio, Raised In Space in 2018 alongside music industry titan, Scooter Braun and crypto leader, Ripple. Focused on Web3 in its earliest days, Senderoff constructed a portfolio of compelling metaverse infrastructure and leading NFT ventures and became a thought-leader for the technical possibilities of the future. Senderoff also produces film and digital content and manages/advises music, creative and entertainment talent and ventures under her Something Gold banner. A leading voice in the tech and entertainment communities, Senderoff facilitates strategic collaborations, growth and conversation in Web3, blockchain, the metaverse, NFTs/digital collectibles, crypto, gaming, virtual entertainment, royalties/copyrights, creator monetization, data science and AdTech—all of which are vital to the growth and sustainability of the entertainment ecosystem. Senderoff is the former Vice President of Film and Digital at The Mark Gordon Company. After beginning her career as an intern in the film and television industry with legendary producers Scott Rudin (The Social Network) and Kevin Bright (“Friends”), she went on to produce content properties alongside mega-producer Mark Gordon (Grey’s Anatomy, 2012), developing feature films with all of the major film studios. Shara paved innovation by creating and architecting Mark Gordon's initial digital department to leverage technology, the social dynamics of the web and the company’s expertise in storytelling to develop new properties with cross platform capabilities. Through this digital incubator, Senderoff founded tech startup Career Sushi (formerly Intern Sushi), an innovative job platform that hosted tens of thousands of hiring companies and millions of internship and job candidates giving them an opportunity to tell their stories, digitally. Career Sushi’s partnership with the music business gave her a front-row seat as to how technology could help solve challenges in music. She went on to advise a music roster including Capitol Records, Atlantic Records, Warner Music Group, Artist Partner Group, RCA, Spotify, Post Malone, Charlie Puth, and many more. Senderoff has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, TIME Magazine, Forbes, Fortune, TechCrunch, The Hollywood Reporter, Entrepreneur Magazine, Billboard, Rolling Stone, Cosmopolitan Magazine and more.


Kirthiga Reddy brings over twenty years of experience leading technology-driven transformations to her role as Co-founder & CEO, Virtualness. She is Founding Investment Partner of F7 seed fund. She serves on the Board of Directors for WeWork and Pear. Previously, she was the first female Investing Partner at SoftBank Investment Advisers (SBIA), manager of the $100B+ SoftBank Vision Fund. At SBIA, Kirthiga focused on frontier, enterprise and health tech investments and managed a portfolio of $5B+. She served on the Board of Directors for Collective Health and Fungible. She also served on the Investment Committee for Emerge, global accelerator for brilliant companies led by underrepresented founders. Prior to SBIA, she was Managing Director, Facebook India and South Asia for over six years, starting as their first employee in India. Her subsequent experiences at Facebook focused on emerging and high-growth markets including Mexico, Brazil, Indonesia, South Africa and the Middle East. She has also served as Chair, Stanford Business School Management Board. Kirthiga holds an MBA from Stanford University, where she graduated with highest honors as an Arjay Miller Scholar, an M.S. in Computer Engineering from Syracuse University and a B.E. in Computer Science from Marathwada University, India. She has been recognized as Fortune India’s “Most Powerful Women” and as Fast Company’s “Most Creative People in Business” among other recognitions.


Keith Soljacich, Head of Innovation, Publicis Media: As Head of Innovation, Keith leads the strategic integration of emerging technologies & platforms that power transformative brand experiences across Publicis Media agencies. He has partnered with Fortune 100 brands like MillerCoors, Kellogg’s, Disney, Play Station and Samsung to create first-to-market digital activations with a uniquely innovative approach. Keith lives on the bleeding edge of consumer and technology trends, both in the real world and the digital world, translating them into high-impact consumer moments, powered by personalization, that spark creativity, move culture through creativity and inspire participation. His work has been honored with awards from Cannes Lions, Effies, OneShow and SXSW. He is a featured keynote speaker, writer & panelist and a member of the Board of Directors for the IAB Experience Center.


Kevin Chernett is the Executive Vice President and Head of Global Media Partnerships for the Media and Sponsorship division at Live Nation, the world's leading live entertainment company. Kevin seamlessly bridges the digital and physical realms at live music events globally. Partnering with world-leading brands like Hulu, Disney+, Prime Video, TikTok, Snapchat, Meta, and YouTube, he and his team elevate live music experiences through cutting-edge digital content capture and development. Kevin's pioneering efforts extend the live event experience, introducing live-streaming to major festivals and artist tours such as Bonnaroo, Lollapalooza, Coldplay, and Lady Gaga. A trailblazer in integrating emerging technologies in live entertainment, he leverages Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) to enhance creativity and connection for artists, fans, and brands. Kevin's most notable achievements include developing a groundbreaking AR partnership with Snapchat to enhance how fans navigate and engage with one another at Live Nation concerts and festivals around the world and producing the largest VR concert, Coldplay Live From Soldier Field. Recognized as one of the industry's Digital Power Players, his reputation is cemented through features in Billboard Magazine, Variety, Adweek, and more. Before Live Nation, Kevin co-founded MusicVision, Inc., where he served as EVP of Sales and on the Board of Directors.


Jon Vlassopulos, CEO, Napster: Jon is the CEO of Napster, the longest running independent music streaming service in the world. Vlassopulos takes the reins as the company looks to incorporate Web3 and social features into a first of its kind, next-generation music service. Prior to being named Napster CEO, Vlassopulos was Vice President and Global Head of Music at Roblox. Jon led the company’s initiatives and partnerships with the music industry, establishing strategic long-term relationships with record labels, publishers, management companies, agencies, artists, brands, and music startups from around the world. Vlassopulos has been a serial entrepreneur, senior executive, established investor, and thought leader in the music, gaming, and entertainment space for the past three decades. Starting his career as a DJ he then worked for BMG and Bertelsmann in Hong Kong, Tokyo, and New York in the late 90s where he led many of their early digital initiatives and investments, including working on the original Napster 20+ years ago, before joining AT&T Wireless where he launched the first mobile music service in the US, and launched the first mobile apps for many major global brands. After AT&T, Jon ran the Digital and Branded Entertainment divisions at Endemol, a leading global TV production company behind Deal or No Deal and Take the Cake. It was here that Jon produced the first live, interactive game on Xbox called 1 vs 100 before becoming the CEO of Skyrockit, an award winning mobile entertainment marketing and advertising agency with clients like vitaminwater, GAP, Virgin Mobile, and Clinique. Jon was a founding member of the Mobile Marketing Association and has sat on the PGA and NATPE boards. He has degrees in Chinese and Economics from Durham University.


Travis Cloyd is currently the Global Futurist and Senior Fellow at Thunderbird School of Global Management (#1 masters in management program in world) apart of Arizona State University (#1 most innovative university in the country) his former alumni. He was previously the inaugural Futurist in Residence at FIU (Florida International University). He is also a Professor of Practice at Thunderbird and Adjunct Professor and the Director of iSTAR (Immersive Studio for Altered Reality) within CARTA (College of Communication, Architecture + The Arts) at FIU. On the enterprise side he is a executive with a focus on innovation, digital media and the blockchain. He is the CEO of WXR (Worldwide XR) based in Los Angeles and Miami. A partner company to industry leading licensing agency CMG (Celebrity Management Group). He is a member of the PGA (Producers Guild of America) where he is on the new media council. He is on the VRARA (Virtual Reality Augmented Reality Association) and ambassador to the GBBC (Global Blockchain Business Council). An award-winning producer and 2018 Visionary of the Year at Cinequest in Silicon Valley. He is a tech entrepreneur who is recognized in the top 250 on the Forbes 2021 Next 1000 Entrepreneurs list. He’s created immersive content for major international studios, iconic brands, legendary actors, global musicians, top athletes and historical figures over the last two decades. Currently, breaking new ground leading the industry in developing, producing and licensing experiential content. Focused on future technologies around AI, Machine Learning, Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, Mixed Reality, Spatial Computing, Blockchain and Gaming. Ranging from developing 3D digital humans surrounding famous people like Jackie Robinson and James Dean to creating XR experiences with today’s major superstars, like NFL MVP Patrick Mahomes. He's been a leading future tech advocate, speaker and industry expert whose point of view is frequently sought by top media outlets and been quoted in Forbes, BBC, TechCrunch, VentureBeat, Wareable, Variety, Deadline, Hollywood Reporter, CNBC over the years.
