Ikechi Okoronkwo is Mindshare’s Global Executive Director leading Advanced Analytics across markets. Ikechi’s role is to make sure that analytics is consistently adding client value using applied AI, predictive analytics, automation, innovative tech, collective intelligence, creative storytelling, flexible operating/commercial models and strong stakeholder partnerships. Ikechi’s contributions to the industry were recognized in 2020 when he was selected by Adweek as a Media All-Star and in 2023 when Insider named him as one of 15 advertising executives who will lead the industry's charge into Generative AI. Ikechi is also an adjunct faculty member at Pace University, Lubin School of Business and Fordham University, Gabelli School of Business. Ikechi received his MBA from Pace University, Lublin School of Business.


Tania Yuki, Executive Vice President, Comscore: Tania Yuki re-joined Comscore in late 2021 after Shareablee, the venture-backed technology startup that she founded in 2013 and led as CEO through to the end of 2021, was acquired by Comscore. Shareablee was an industry-leading martech and analytics company in the social media space which continues to support many of the world's most innovative brands and publishers, such as NBC, Sony, Barstool Sports, Mondelez, Ulta Beauty and more, and was listed as one of Inc.5000's fastest growing companies and Women President's Organization (WPO)'s 50 Fastest Women-led Companies. Prior to founding Shareablee, Tania led product management for Comscore's Video Metrix, the world's leading online video and CTV ratings service, and was also VP Advertiser Solutions at Visible World (acquired by Comcast). Tania currently participates on the World Economic Forum’s Media and Entertainment Council Media and Entertainment Council and sits on the Board of the American Australian Association. Tania recently served on the Government of Dubai Media Office’s Future Council for Media and the Recording Academy’s Grammy Awards Digital Council where she led initiatives specifically focused on social media marketing and optimization in growing the Grammy Awards’ digital brand. She also founded wimLink, an organization that holds regular events and seminars to promote entrepreneurship, leadership and professional development for women at the intersection of media and technology.


Silke Meixner is a Principal for Customer Centric Digital Marketing, with a focus on Cognitive Enterprise Transformation, Digital Marketing Strategy and Digital Business Operations. Silke leads digital Marketing and Brand strategy, growth and innovation work, with direct linkages to Marketing Operations and multi-channel Campaign execution and measurement, as well as end-to-end Customer Experience design. Silke has a strong background in Marketing Effectiveness, Commercial Operating model restructuring, Marketing, Branding CRM and Sales process design, simplification, and cost optimization for global F500 companies. Silke specializes in the approach design and structured delivery of Operating Model changes to drive growth and optimize spend in B2B and B2C settings. Silke has led global client projects in the areas of growth strategy, process design and simplification, Marketing and Sales Operations, and maturity assessments, B2B and B2C segmentation, Go-to-Market and channel, e-commerce Marketing strategy at leading multinational organizations.


Peter Day, Chief Technology Officer, Quantcast: As Chief Technology Officer at Quantcast, Peter is responsible for the development of products that empower marketers and publishers to know and grow their audiences as they buy and sell effective advertising. Prior to joining Quantcast, he spent 12 years working in the financial markets in a variety of roles in the quantitative finance sphere, including low latency pricing and portfolio analytics, culminating in a role at UBS where he was responsible for equity derivatives risk and pricing technology globally. Peter has a Ph.D. in machine learning and had a brief career in academia.

Howard Shimmel, Head of Strategy, Board of Directors, DatafuelX: Howard Shimmel is a trusted industry leader who delivers superior research expertise related to technology adoption, methodology and advertising’s impact on sales. Currently, in addition to his role with datafuelX, he is President of the Janus Strategy and Insights research consultancy. Previously, Shimmel was Chief Research Officer at Turner Broadcasting, where he oversaw all research for multiplatform entertainment, news, kids, and sports brands, as well as corporate analysis and insight-led efforts. Shimmel also served as SVP, Ad Sales and Sports Research for Turner. Before that, he was EVP at Nielsen Media & Advertising Analytics. Shimmel’s industry-rich experience includes leadership roles at America Online, WBIS, Symmetric Resources, and MTV Networks.
