Justin Archer is a native of North Carolina and a graduate of Atlanta College of Art and Design. He started his career in video post-production at Brickhouse Editorial editing spots for TBS, TNT, Cartoon Network and Airwalk Footwear. A few years later he transitioned into the interactive arena at agencies such as Macquarium and Rare Medium before joining Moxie Interactive eight years ago as an Art Director. He currently holds the VP, Group Creative Director position in Moxie Interactive's Los Angeles office. His client experience includes Publix, Home Depot, Bellsouth, Wachovia, SunTrust, Verizon Wireless, 20th Century Fox, NFL, TNT Sports, Cartoon Network, Jenny Craig as well as ServiceMaster brands including TruGreen. His interactive experience includes corporate branding, website development, interactive kiosk development, digital signage, video production, interactive rich media ad units, and interactive game development.










Jim Stanley, VP of Products & Marketing, Zoove: Jim Stanley has over 12 years of experience leading product organizations for interactive media businesses, spanning strategy, product marketing, content, product and program management, operations, customer experience, and customer care. At Zoove, Jim is responsible for all product strategy, product operations and marketing of Zoove's services for the company's core customer segments: carriers, marketers, and consumers. Prior to joining Zoove, from 2005 - 2010, Jim was Vice-President, Products for CNET.com where he oversaw every aspect of CNET's product strategy and operations. Jim began working at CNET in 1998 and guided many different aspects of CNET's products and businesses during his tenure, including running CNET Download.com and driving numerous mobile initiatives such as CNET's first iPhone and Android apps. Upon CBS's acquisition of CNET Networks in 2008, Jim also helped drive the relaunch of CBSNews.com in 2009. Jim is also the founder of Good-natured Consulting, a successful product strategy consultancy based in San Francisco, CA. Jim is an alumni of University of California, San Diego where he studied Literature/Writing and Economics.

Roger Katz, founder and CEO, Friend2Friend: Roger Katz, a marketer, strategist and
social media expert, is founder and CEO of Friend2Friend, Inc, based in Palo Alto. He has a 20-year career as tech marketer, general manager and consultant for companies like Photobucket, Agilent, Brocade, Quantum and Bell Labs and a number of (lower profile) start-ups. Roger is a big believer in the power of social media and the changes that it will bring to consumers and advertisers a like; hence the company’s focus on sites like Facebook, Twitter and the iPhone. He also serves as an advisor to Pacific Community Ventures. Roger has engineering degrees from Michigan State and UC Berkeley and an MBA from Wharton. He’s a cycling fanatic, aspiring guitarist and (slow) swimmer. Friend2Friend, Inc. is a social media marketing solutions company that enables brands to create engaging and on-brand campaigns across social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and mobile. Tom Ellsworth, CEO, GOTV: Thomas Ellsworth brings over 20 years of strategic experienc
e, knowledge and insight of the wireless industry to GoTV Networks as its Chief Executive Officer. Ellsworth's drive, determination and leadership is responsible for GoTV's place as the largest mobile media network in the industry today. Before joining GoTV, Ellsworth served as Executive Vice President, Marketing and Corporate Development at JAMDAT Mobile. Inc. (NASDAQ: JMDT) where he helped drive the company to its highly successful IPO in 2004. Prior to JAMDAT he was Vice President of Incubator Development and Senior Director of Business Development in the wireless division of Sprint. This strategic Sprint incubator joint venture directly led to the formation of new wireless companies - including JAMDAT Mobile and Boingo. During his tenure at Sprint, Ellsworth also launched the 1st CDMA market in the US and developed what became the "Free and Clear" rate plans - a pioneering change in the wireless industry. Earlier in his career Ellsworth held senior marketing and strategy roles at California Amplifier, Inc., L.A. Cellular (acquired by AT&T) and IBM. Ellsworth received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration - Marketing from California State University, Northridge and an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University. Ellsworth is active in the wireless industry and currently serves as a senior advisor to GOGII, Flexilis and Digital Sidebar. Ellsworth is also the author of the acclaimed book, "The Rat, The Race, And The Cage" a practical roadmap to finding a better career.

Karl House, VP, Sales, Deca: As VP, Sales, Karl House is primarily responsible for developin
g new business and managing sponsorship sales at DECA. His team integrates top-brand advertisers across DECA’s digital lifestyle properties. Prior to joining DECA in 2008, Karl served as Group Advertising Director for Money Media, a Financial Times company, where his team generated revenue across a network of prominent financial websites. He developed and managed million-dollar relationships with clients such as Barclays, Fidelity and Charles Schwab. Before Money Media, Karl worked as National Sales Director at CampusLink, where he sold sponsorships to Fortune 500 companies targeting college students. Karl House received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara, and now lives in Pacific Palisades.





Anthony Bontrager, President & CEO | Soda Media: A recognized veteran in telecommunications, broadcasting and interactive media, Anthony Bontrager is currently President and CEO of Soda Media, Inc., a digital media investment and advisory firm with a primary focus on content development, management and distribution platforms/services that span the web, mobile and iTV sectors. Soda's unique approach brings together significant thought leadership, hands-on operational guidance, unparalleled connections and investment capital in order to help companies succeed in today's ever-changing media environment. Prior to founding Soda Media, Anthony was President Onecast, Inc. (“1Cast”), where he was responsible for setting overall strategy and establishing key technology and content partnerships. The goal of 1Cast was to make traditional television news programming readily available online and just minutes after the original broadcast in a personalized newscast format. Before joining 1Cast, Anthony was President and CEO of Broadstream Communications, Inc., a company he co-founded, which became the telecommunications industry's first virtual head-end and middleware platform for IPTV delivery. Under Anthony's leadership, Broadstream was the first company to secure the largest library of IP-content rights from companies such as NBC-Universal, Disney/ABC, ESPN, Starz, Discovery, Fox, Turner Networks and others. Additionally, Anthony spearheaded the company's equity and debt financing rounds, which included a $30M strategic partnership with Intelsat, Ltd, the world's largest satellite owner and operator. Previously, Anthony was General Manager at Fisher Pathways, Inc. (a division of Fisher Communications, Inc.), where he oversaw programming origination and satellite and fiber re-distribution of television and video content for companies such as ESPN, The Portland Trail Blazers, CNN and others. Anthony's telecom career began during the early days of PCS systems deployments and continued with Advanced Radio Telecom Corp. (ARTT) where, as Vice President of Real Estate, he oversaw the acquisition of over 800 million square feet of telecommunications facilities in the United States, London and Scandinavia. Anthony is also the Managing Partner with Axis Partners, LLC, and sits on the advisory boards of Vote iQ and SATCON/CCW. Anthony is a member of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences - Interactive Media Peer Group and Film Group, and is a past member of the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) and World Teleport Association (WTA). Anthony is a sought after speaker on digital media and IPTV and has authored various articles on telecommunications and digital media, which includes being a co-author of Washington State's wireless siting policy. Anthony holds a degree in Business Administration and Finance from Seattle University.

Chase Norlin, CEO, AlphaBird: a leader in online video syndication, and has spent the last 15
years in the Internet industry as an entrepreneur and distribution executive. Prior to AlphaBird, Mr. Norlin was the founder and CEO of Pixsy, a pioneer in syndicated video search funded by TVGuide-Gemstar (now Rovi - NASDAQ:ROVI). Previously he served as a senior executive at ValueClick (NASDAQ:VCLK) where he managed publisher distribution for the display advertising network, paid search, and comparison shopping divisions. Prior to ValueClick, Mr. Norlin held the position of Senior Consultant to InfoSpace (NASDAQ:INSP) charged with publisher distribution for the paid search division. Previously, Mr. Norlin developed Sony's first online photo sharing venture and founded the web's first online video sharing company ShareYourWorld. Mr. Norlin also served as a new venture consultant in launching Boeing's (NYSE:BA) online video and image licensing division. Mr. Norlin serves on the advisory boards of EgoTVOnline, AdBidCentral, Kerosene and a Match, PickupPal and Adgregate Markets. Additionally, he serves as Chair of the Video Committee at the Internet Content Syndication Council. He received his BA from UC Berkeley and MA from The University of Chicago and is a regular speaker on video syndication, online advertising, and search. Recent speaking engagements include the Goldman Sachs 9th Annual Global Media Conference, NATPE, NAB, ad:tech, and PubCon.

Doug Greiff is a Partner and Chief Creative Officer of HIP Entertainment Group. He is a twenty-year television veteran, who has developed and produced a variety of programming for such networks as: MTV, Nickelodeon, Showtime, TBS, Spike TV, Travel Channel, Food Network, Fine Living, Discovery Kids, A&E, TV Land, VH-1, and PBS. Prior to joining HIP, he served as Vice President of Program Development for Nickelodeon/Nick-at-Nite, where he was responsible for over-seeing all of the network's live action and animation television series development, original television movies and specials. While there, Greiff supervised a bi-coastal development team responsible for launching such hit shows as SpongeBob SquarePants, Drake and Josh, Rocket Power, Romeo, and Brothers Garcia. Over the years, Greiff has created, developed and supervised the production of numerous pilots, series and specials, including The Playbook with Donald Faison and Hella-Novela for Spike TV, The World at Your Table for Fine Living Network, Travel Channel's Top Ten Destinations: Mexico, Plaza Sésamo for Sesame Workshop, The Hub for Discovery Kids, as well as the TNN series, Robot Wars: Extreme Warriors. Previously, Greiff had been a Producer and Executive in Charge of Production for Nickelodeon Productions, as well as Vice President of Television Movies and Specials. He served as Executive Producer on the network's first two original television movies, Cry Baby Lane and Maniac Magee, as well as Co-Executive Producer for the Nickelodeon produced Showtime telepicture, Doom Runners. In addition, he oversaw the development and production of the cable channel's six series-based TV movies, including; Kenan and Kel's Two Heads Are Better than None, The Journey of Allen Strange's Alien Vacation, Cousin Skeeter's New Kid on the Planet, CatDog's The Great Parent Mystery, Hey Arnold's Arnold Saves the Neighborhood, and Rocket Power's Race Across New Zealand. While at Nick, Greiff also supervised the production of numerous celebrity-based specials including; Sports Theater with Shaquille O'Neal, And Now This with Rosie O'Donnell, and the VH-1/Nickelodeon co-production of Storytellers with Tony Bennett and The Back Street Boys. In addition, Greiff developed and co-produced four seasons of the network's hit kids fantasy sports series GUTS, and managed their Worldwide Development Group - a consortium of international creative executives from around the world, charged with developing and producing global programming for the kid's cable network. Prior to joining Nick, Greiff was a Producer and Development Executive at Chauncey Street Productions, a New York-based independent television production company specializing in comedy and children's programming. At Chauncey Street, Greiff co-created and produced Nickelodeon's first interactive magazine show, U to U. He also co-produced the Sixth and Seventh Annual Kids Choice Awards, as well as the A&E special Proctor and Bergman's The Future is Now, and the TBS special Real News For Kids. Earlier in his career, Greiff worked as a production and development associate for both VH-1 and HA! -The TV Comedy Network, and on the premiere season of the PBS hit series Where in the World is Carmen San Diego.
