Jeffrey Logsdon, BMO CAPITAL MARKETS-US: Jeff is a senior analyst in BMO Capital Markets' Equity Research Group, covering the entertainment and gaming industries. Prior to joining BMO Capital Markets, he was with W.R. Hambrecht & Co. in San Francisco, where he was the director of equity research in addition to covering both major and mid-tier companies in the entertainment and gaming arenas. In 2002, Jeff was named a Wall Street Journal “Best on the Street” analyst for broadcasting and entertainment (stock picking). He has also been named a Wall Street Journal All-Star Analyst nine times: for entertainment (2000, 2002), for gaming (1994, 1995, 1996, 2005, 2006, 2008), and for cable and broadcasting (1995). He was named #1 for gaming in Forbes/StarMine's top analysts list for 2005 and in The Financial Times/StarMine's list for 2008. From 1996 to 2001, he served on the board of directors of Dick Clark Productions, Inc. He joined BMO Capital Markets in 2000. Jeff holds an MBA from Pepperdine University, an MA from Talbot Theological Seminary, and received a Bachelor of Arts from Biola University.

James Marsh is a managing director and senior research analyst at Piper Jaffray, following entertainment, radio and television broadcasting, outdoor advertising, and publishing companies. Before joining Piper Jaffray, Marsh co-founded Hanover Square Capital Management, LLC., a hedge fund focused on the consumer and media sectors. Prior to that, he covered the radio and television broadcasting, publishing and outdoor advertising sectors at Cowen & Co., Robertson Stephens and Prudential Securities. In 2004, Marsh ranked third in stock picking for the broadcasting and entertainment sector in The Wall Street Journal's “Best on the Street” analyst survey, also ranking in the survey for forecasting in 2001, for broadcasting in 2003 and for publishing in 2000. Marsh has a Master of Business Administration degree in finance and international business from New York University and a bachelor of business administration degree in accounting from John Carroll University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a Certified Public Accountant.

James Dix, Senior Equity Research Analyst, Wedbush Morgan Securities: Mr. Dix is a senior equity research analyst at Wedbush Morgan Securities providing coverage of companies in the media and entertainment sector, with a focus on advertising, advertising agencies, and broadcasting. Prior to joining Wedbush Morgan Securities, Mr. Dix was at Deutsche Bank for nine years, most recently as a senior equity research analyst covering companies in the radio and TV broadcasting, cable networks, satellite radio, and out of home advertising sectors, and prior to that as an associate covering companies in the TMT sector. Mr. Dix holds a B.A. and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago and a J.D. from the University of Virginia, and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and Beta Gamma Sigma. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Marla Backer, Analyst, Entertainment & Leisure, Hudson Square Research: Marla Backer has over 15 years of research experience and has been recognized by the Wall Street Journal’s “Best on the Street” and Institutional Investor’s analyst ranking survey. Prior to joining Hudson Square, Marla worked as an independent analyst running Research Associates and has held senior research positions at Salomon Brothers, ING Barings and Bear Stearns. Marla holds a B.A. in economics from Swarthmore College.

Richard LaBerge
serves as Executive Vice-President and Chief Marketing Officer, SENSIO Technologies: As the cofounder of the company, Richard LaBerge serves as Executive Vice-President and Chief Marketing Officer for SENSIO Technologies.In his role as ambassador, he is responsible for worldwide business development and strategic partnerships and represents the company on various standards bodies. Richard is the instigator of SENSIO's live 3D events business model and has led the company to many firsts in the industry, including the delivery of the first worldwide live 3D event in cinemas. Prior to starting up SENSIO in 1999, Richard was Senior Product Manager for the Mouvement des Caisses Populaires Desjardins du Québec (the largest association of credit unions in North America), where he was responsible for developing new financial products and supporting branches in financing emerging-technology companies. He also developed a complete financial package for major franchises and an international services package for export and import. As a 3D pioneer, Richard often speaks at conferences and on key panels in major broadcasting and consumer electronics tradeshows. He has strong communication and people skills, which have allowed him to connect with an extensive network of opinion leaders throughout the industry, whether Hollywood studios, or broadcasting and distribution trailblazers. Richard earned a bachelor's degree in Finance and Computer science from Bishop's University and a master's degree in Finance and Marketing from HEC Montreal and North Carolina University. He serves on the boards of directors of two organizations assisting young entrepreneurs.

WARREN FRANKLIN, CEO, Rainmaker Entertainment: Warren Franklin, CEO of Rainmaker Entertainment, oversees one of North America's leading digital animation production companies. Since joining Rainmaker in 2005, Mr. Franklin has re-focused the company to take advantage of the dynamic CG animation industry by acquiring Mainframe Entertainment in 2006, and in early 2008, selling its visual effects and post business to industry giant Deluxe Entertainment Services Group. In charge of setting the vision for the creative, technological and strategic goals of Rainmaker Entertainment, Mr. Franklin is creating one to the leading CG animation companies in the world. Currently the company is in production on its first theatrical animated feature, Escape from Planet Earth with The Weinstein Company, and has over 250 employees. In addition Rainmaker is in the process of developing a slate of family-oriented feature films in a variety of genres. Mr. Franklin has over twenty years experience in managing studio operations and digital production including such industry leaders as Lucasfilm Ltd. and Colossal Pictures. He was a key member of George Lucas' creative and management team for more than a decade where he was a member of the three person executive committee of Lucasfilm and managed six divisions, including Industrial Light & Magic (ILM), LucasArts Games and Skywalker Sound.

The firm consults on business matters in a range of creative & technology businesses, from 3D, visual effects, DVDs and home entertainment options, movie libraries and their valuation to production techniques, specialty formats, and other aspects of the entertainment value chain. The firm has worked all along the entertainment and entertainment technology food chain and as a result, has deep insight into the inner workings of these various industry segments. It has also provided a first-hand sense of the direction in which the industry segments are heading and the challenges and rewards that lie ahead. Marty Shindler also serves as CEO of Oculus3D Corporation, a company bringing eco-friendly, 3D glasses to the market with the intent of reducing the 3D movie and TV industry's reliance on fossil fuel based plastic glasses. His prior employment includes 20th Century Fox, Lucasfilm's Industrial Light &Magic, Kodak's Cinesite and Coopers &Lybrand (PriceWaterhouseCoopers).
