John Rubey, President, AEG Network LIVE: John Rubey, brings over 25 years of digital content and entertainment marketing experience to his position as President of AEG Network LIVE. Rubey is responsible for the overall vision, entertainment marketing, digital content development and execution of the company's strategic initiatives. Rubey also oversees the filming and distribution of all AEG Network LIVE's music festivals to leading content distributers such as: HULU, AOL BEBO, MySpace and others, in addition to festival and artist sites, mobile phones and high-definition TV. In addition, Rubey is directly responsible for capturing the industry's top music festivals and concert performance in digital 3D for cinema distribution worldwide. Under Rubey's successful leadership, AEG Network LIVE has completed successful tour & CD launch campaigns for AEG Live clients including: Bon Jovi, Rod Stewart, Tina Turner & Prince. 2009 AEGNL projects include the Michael Jackson Memorial Service which delivered the live program to a record audience that reached over one Billion people worldwide thru broadcast, and mobile users. Other recent projects include Operation MySpace - LIVE from KUWAIT, the record setting live high-definition webcast for MySpace Music, live cinema events for Garth Brooks, Linkin Park and Fall Out Boy and cinema DVD premier events including Celine Dion, John Mayer, David Gilmore, and All Together Now, the Beatles LOVE documentary collaboration with Cirque du Soliel DVD premier. Prior to AEG Network LIVE, Rubey founded and owned Spring Communications, a leader in Pay Per View concerts and events, and held the position of COO of PACE Management, (now LIVE Nation) for over six years prior to Spring Communications. Rubey is a member of the Telly Awards Sliver Council. His productions have won numerous awards including Telly, Mobile Excellence Awards and other industry recognitions.

Jon Shapiro, President, Spectacle 3D: Jon Shapiro is a renowned Digital 3D Pioneer & experienced
Entertainment Industry Executive, as well as a two time Emmy-winning Motion Picture, Television, and Music Producer. He has also been involved in the conception, development, and production of mainstream entertainment in virtually every professional music, film or TV medium including animation, digital 3D, HDTV, 35mm and IMAX 15p/70mm film, and 5.1 Direct Stream Digital surround audio. After producing mainstream family entertainment such as the feature film “Richie Rich” and the two time Emmy-winning “Curious George” TV & Movie franchise, Mr. Shapiro has for nearly a decade played a leadership role in the establishment and explosive growth of next-generation digital Stereoscopic 3D (S3D) movies and TV. He is a Co-Founder, Partner and Board Member of 3ality Digital, the world's preeminent digital 3D live-action technology and production company. Since its inception in 2006, 3ality Digital has developed and delivered technical and creative solutions for 3D filmed and live broadcast entertainment -- from feature films such as the upcoming “Hobbit” movies, to commercials, live sporting events, concerts and TV shows for networks including NBC, DirecTV’s n3D and Sky 3D. Mr. Shapiro was Producer of the acclaimed motion picture, "U2 3D", the first ever live-action film produced & exhibited in digital 3D; and he is Co-Founder and President of a new 3DTV channel debuting in 2011 that will help ignite and sustain the rollout of next-generation stereoscopic TV into the home. He is also a Board Member and Chair of the Content Creation Committee for the 3D@Home Consortium which oversees an industry-wide effort to speed the commercialization of 3D into homes worldwide and provide the best possible viewing experience by facilitating the development of standards, roadmaps and education for the entire 3D industry - from content, hardware and software providers to consumers.

Rick Dean, Senior Vice President at THX LTD, Chairman, 3D@Home Consortium: With more tha
n 20 years of experience in the entertainment industry, Dean guides the strategic development of new THX technologies and certification programs. Over the years, Dean has worked on numerous groundbreaking entertainment projects, including the DVD and D-cinema releases of Star Wars Episodes I, II and III. He served as technical director for the post-production of the Star Wars Trilogy DVDs, a project that has set a new standard for sound and picture excellence in the DVD format. Dean transformed the THX mastering program from Laser Disc to standard definition DVD, D-cinema and Blu-ray disc formats. Today, Dean is spearheading the development of all THX display certification initiatives, including 3D certification, and THX Media Director,  a technology that enables digital media and devices to configure themselves for a more simplified user experience. Dean had served two terms as Governor of the Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers, remaining active in the Hollywood section and has served in standards groups. He also chairs the 3D@Home Consortium which represents Consumer Electronics Manufactures, Studios, Games Developers and 3D Technology providers to help drive standards for enabling the 3D market in the consumer’s home and commercial applications. Prior to joining THX, Dean was vice president of engineering at Deluxe Labs, Video Division. During his tenure at Deluxe Labs, he oversaw and performed mastering operations for Twentieth Century Fox.

Jeff Barnes, vice president & general manager, stereo visual effects production, Digital Domain
Productions: Jeff Barnes heads Digital Domain’s In-Three stereo conversion business, working with filmmakers to optimize stereo 3D digital production from start to finish. He co-founded The Computer Café Group in 1993 and oversaw the operations of its feature film visual effects division, Café FX, and commercial studio The Syndicate. He also provided management support and development input for Sententia Entertainment, the company’s feature film production division. As a visual effects producer and production executive, Barnes’ credits span more than 85 films including Alice in Wonderland, Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey, Spider-Man 3, The Departed, King Kong, Sin City, and The Aviator. He was also executive producer on Sententia Entertainment’s feature film Danika, and served as a production executive on Pan’s Labyrinth, which received three Academy Awards and was produced in association with Sententia. He is a member of the board of directors of the Visual Effects Society.






Phil Captain 3D McNally, Senior
Stereoscopic Supervisor, DreamWorks Animation: Phil Captain 3D McNally most recently served as Senior Stereoscopic Supervisor on DreamWorks Animation's Kung Fu Panda 2. Prior to Kung Fu Panda 2, he worked in the same capacity on Megamind, Shrek Forever After, How to Train Your Dragon and DreamWorks Animation's first stereoscopic 3D film Monsters vs. Aliens. Hailed as the expert on all things 3D, McNally was introduced to stereoscopic photography in 1990 while studying at the Royal College of Art in London. This hobby soon became his passion and has developed over the years through a range of creative projects-from Viewmaster promotional reels to gallery installations. In 2001 McNally moved to California to work as an Animator at Industrial Light & Magic after the success of his short animated film Pump-Action. His stereoscopic experience was rewarded when Disney tasked ILM with converting Chicken Little into a 3D release in 2005. McNally also supervised the stereoscopic work on Disney's Meet the Robinsons and advised on The Nightmare Before Christmas conversion into 3D.







Mike Fuchsman, Senior Vice President, National CineMedia (NCM): As senior vice president of Media Production, Motion Graphics & VFX for National CineMedia's NCM Media Networks, Mike Fuchsman oversees all in-house, on-screen creative development, post-production and quality control for NCM's groundbreaking pre-feature entertainment program, Firstlook, FirstLook 3D, the company's Lobby Entertainment Network (LEN), and Fathom Consumer and Business Events. His award-winning teams are central to NCM Creative Services, a full-service creative production studio located in the company's Centennial, Colo., headquarters. Fuchsman and NCM Creative Services have produced over 20,000 original cinema ads and strategic marketing campaigns for clients including Ford Motor Company, Lexus, HP, Microsoft, Best Buy, Warner Bros., Sony, Universal Studios, AMC Entertainment, Regal Entertainment Group and Cinemark, in both 2-D and 3-D. Fuchsman joined NCM in May 2005 as director of Motion Graphics. In January 2008, he assumed the role of vice president of Motion Graphics, and one year later, became the senior manager of NCM's Media Production unit. In January 2011, Fuchsman was promoted to his current position. Prior to joining NCM, Fuchsman worked 17 years for AMC Theatres' advertising subsidiary, National Cinema Network (NCN), where he was vice president of Creative Services and Media Production before NCN and Regal CineMedia joined to form NCM in 2005. A graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Va. Tech), Fuchsman holds a B.A. in Communication Studies.

Marty Shindler, CEO, Oculus3D Corporation: a company formed to accelerate the acceptance and penetration of stereoscopic cinema. The Company enables global theaters to install 3D projection systems at a fraction of the cost of existing systems using the vast installed base of 35MM projectors. The OculR produces images that are the brightest 3D in the industry, measuring 10fL through each eye to the polarizers. Previously, Mr. Shindler was CEO of The Shindler Perspective, a husband & wife consulting practice with Big 4 professional service firm and top 5 business school credentials. The firm consulted on business matters in a range of creative & technology businesses, from 3D, visual effects, DVDs and home entertainment options, movie libraries and their valuation to production techniques, IMAX and other aspects of the entertainment value chain. Prior to Oculus3D and The Shindler Perspective, Inc., Mr. Shindler’s employment included 20th Century Fox, Lucasfilm's Industrial Light &Magic, Kodak's Cinesite and Coopers & Lybrand.
