Tom Christmann, Executive Creative Director, Cliff Freeman & Partners: Tom is Executive Creative Director at Cliff Freeman & Partners in New York City. Tom joined CFP in December of 2007. Prior to that, he was a Creative Director at Taxi New York City where he developed campaigns for Amp’d Mobile, Blue Shield of California, Hank Music and Molson Canadian beer. Prior to joining Taxi, Tom served as Creative Director at BBDO, creating and overseeing award-winning print, television and interactive communications for FedEx, Ebay, Guinness, Red Stripe and AOL. Tom has also done stints at TBWA\Chiat\Day and Kirshenbaum Bond & Partners in New York. He credits his first job at Ogilvy & Mather Direct with giving him an appreciation for proven results and new technologies. He also once rode an elevator alone with David Ogilvy. Tom has won Lions, Pencils, Andys, Addys, Effies, Clios and first prize in the 1982 New Jersey Devil drawing competition. He has been a cartboy, cartoonist, cashier, stockboy, writer, teacher, ad guy, husband and father. He likes the last two best. He lives in New Jersey with his wife and two sons.

Rebecca J. Paoletti, Director, Video Strategy, Yahoo! Inc.: Rebecca J. Paoletti serves as Yahoo!’s director of video strategy and is responsible for developing, executing and leading Yahoo!’s online video sales strategy including products, marketers’ objectives, sales support plans and the go-to-market roadmap for current and future innovations. She currently focuses on video monetization across the Yahoo! O+O (owned and operated) sites, as well as publisher partner sites, with a specific focus on competitive ad formats, branded channels and content syndication. With more than 17 years of media communications experience and 13 years in Internet, broadband and iTV strategy, publishing and production, Paoletti has developed a strong understanding of industry trends and dynamics, and market challenges. Before joining Yahoo!, Paoletti served as the creative director at Maven Networks, where she managed broadband strategy for CSTV and NBC and various Fortune 500 companies including GM/Chevrolet, Pepsi, Nike and 20th Century Fox. Prior to her work with Maven, she spent two years as vice president of strategy and programming at Gotham Broadband, where she oversaw client sales and content strategy, and developed broadband programs, business cases and marketing methodologies for clients such as Deutsche Telecom, AOL/Road Runner, British Telecom and DirecTV, among others. Paoletti also served as editor in chief and senior director of programming for AOL Time Warner’s Road Runner broadband service. She developed e-commerce and community strategies that could be implemented on both the national and local levels. In 1995, Paoletti was charged with launching Turner Network Television’s first interactive programming venture and building the audience for the award-winning site. Paoletti holds a Bachelor of Arts in English/Creative Writing and a minor in Russian Studies from Princeton University.

Scott Rosenberg, VP of Advanced Advertising, Macrovision: Scott Rosenberg is VP of Advanced Advertising at Macrovision. He is responsible for the advertising sales and products in Macrovision’s interactive program guides, which today reach nearly 25M homes in the US through affiliated cable and consumer electronics partners. Previously, Scott led product at TV ad server startup BlackArrow. At DVR pioneer ReplayTV, Scott led the implementation and launch of the first targeted DVR ads. Scott has also held engineering and product management roles at Intel and Analog Devices, where he developed systems for digital TV, set-top and mobile applications. Scott holds an undergraduate degree in Computer Science from Princeton University, and a Masters of Computer Science and an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.












Jeremy Steinberg is the Vice President of Digital Sales and Business Development at FOX News Channel & FOX Business Network. In this capacity, he oversees all sales and business development operations of Digital, including: FOXNews.com, FOXBusiness.com, FOX News Mobile, and FOX Business Mobile. Prior to his promotion as Vice President in January 2006, Steinberg was Director of Digital Media Sales. In this position, he launched the sales department for FOXNews.com. Steinberg has been with FNC since March 2001 where he began as a Cable Sales Assistant before being promoted to a Cable Sales Planner in Advertising Sales. Prior to his career at the network, Steinberg was a Sales Associate at News Digital Media, a division of News Corporation. A graduate of the University of Michigan in May 2000, Steinberg received a Bachelor of Arts in History.











Chris Allen, Vice President/Director of Video Innovation, Starcom USA: Allen is at the forefront of developing new models within the video space for investing marketing dollars and reaching consumers in new ways at Starcom USA. Fortified by a strong background in national broadcast buying, he continues to make great strides in advancing an exceptionally progressive industry. Allen joined Starcom in 2007, and has consistently negotiated the best value for his clients, seeking new and innovative ways to gain effective and significant exposure. He has a relentless passion for learning and a drive to obtain smarter and faster information to enhance agency media plans.

Chet Kanojia, CEO, Navic, a Microsoft company, knows television, and he knows how advertisers, programmers and operators can get the most value from the technologies that power advanced advertising and eTV applications. An engineering background coupled with a keen view of the industry’s current and future challenges and innovations make Kanojia a luminary who can provide attendees with a blueprint for capitalizing on TV’s benefits. Kanojia is a seasoned speaker in the television advertising and technology space. He has presented at various industry events including numerous engagements at the Digital Hollywood conferences, The Cable Show tru2way developers’ Conference, Paul Kagan’s conference on Interactive TV Technologies as well as past SCTE and ANA events. Most recently Chet served as the moderator of the Digital Advertising Evolution panel at the NAMIC Diversity Week. His areas of expertise cover a wide range of TV topics including interactive/enhanced television, addressability, new media, ad exchanges, audience measurement, accountability and the future of television. Kanojia holds a master’s degree in computer systems engineering from Northeastern University and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Regional Engineering College Bhopal in India.

Michael Griffin, Executive Vice President of Marketing and Strategic Development, EyeWonder: Griffin joined EyeWonder in 2000 as head of sales and marketing and was promoted to the company's executive team in 2002. In 2001, Griffin sold the Internet's first major video ad campaign, powered by EyeWonder. Today, Griffin oversees the company's marketing, partnerships and business development activities. Under Griffin's leadership, EyeWonder has delivered billions of online video and rich media ad impressions for Fortune 1000 advertisers, and its digital advertising solutions are accepted by hundreds of online publishers worldwide, including Yahoo!, AOL and MSN. Griffin brings to the company over 20 years of sales and marketing expertise from some of the world's top brands. Prior to joining EyeWonder, he served as Senior Manager of National Consumer Marketing Programs for the Coca-Cola Company. His previous experience includes serving as Director of Marketing for the Weather Channel cable television network and Weather.com and as Brand Manager for the Paddington Corporation, a division of Grand Metropolitan, PLC, where he was named to Advertising Age magazine's top 100 marketers in 1996.




Shahid Khan, Senior Partner, IBB Consulting Group, LLC: Shahid Khan is an acclaimed thought leader and strategist in converging Media and Telecommunications industries, with expertise in identifying and capitalizing on opportunities based on advanced and emerging platforms across cable, broadband and wireless. Shahid is currently a Senior Partner at IBB Consulting Group, LLC, a premier boutique consulting firm serving leading broadband-related product and service providers in Cable, Mobile, Media and Technology industries. At IBB, Shahid advises top management at leading clients such as Sony Entertainment, Showtime, Time Warner Cable, Cablevision and Comcast on Digital Strategy, New Product/Service Development/Launch, Merger Integration, Business Development and Operational Optimization. Some of Shahid’s recent engagements include the transformation of Advertising operations for a leading Cable MSO, development of Digital Strategy for a major Hollywood studio, merger integration of on-line businesses for a leading sports TV network, integration of two leading kids’ TV networks, as well as launches of a mobile-based movie TV network, a multi-platform TV network, an HD TV network, and a broadband entertainment portal. Prior to that, he was a Client Services Partner at IBM Global Services in Communication Industry. He has published numerous white-papers, is a frequent speaker at leading industry conferences, and is often quoted in leading publications such as the Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Red Herring, the New York Times, etc.
