Jason Hsiao, Co-founder, President & Director, Animoto: Jason is a New York-based television producer. He is the creator and co-executive producer of Dirty Stinkin' Politics, a political series for Comedy Central, which he has developed with five-time Emmy winner Eddie Feldmann (HBO Dennis Miller Live). He also recently produced Comedy Central's The Showbiz Show with David Spade. Jason's other major credits include the 2006 VH1 Big In ï06 Awards, MTV's Viva La Bam, MTV2's Stankervision, the 2003 MTV Video Music Awards with Chris Rock, the 2002 MTV Video Music Awards with Jimmy Fallon, Comedy Central's Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn, and Comedy Central's Crank Yankers. He hails from Dartmouth College and has a prior career as a consultant at Mercer Management Consulting where he specialized in data-driven business strategy. Jason proposed to his girlfriend, Jen, with an Animoto video. Despite this, she said yes.



Kuan Archer, Senior Vice President, Technology, Gemstar – TV Guide International: Kuan is currently Senior Vice President of Technology at Gemstar-TV Guide International. In this role he is charged with driving the internet technology and web services aspects of TV Guide's cross-platform entertainment guidance and connected device strategies. Kuan also manages the teams responsible for building the web services and software backbones that power the data/content delivery, personalization, advanced advertising & clickstream analysis, remote access, and technology syndication initiatives across the wide range of Gemstar-TV Guide's supported connected platforms & devices. These include Consumer Electronics devices and Digital Video Recorders in the United States and Europe, mobile devices, various web sites via hosted portal technology, and millions of cable and satellite set top boxes. Prior to this role, Kuan was the Vice President of Engineering for the Corporate Product Development and Technology group, also at TV Guide. Before joining TV Guide, Kuan was a Director of Development at Symantec Corporation, where he was in charge of a number of client- and server-based internet security offerings in the Consumer Products and Services division. Before Symantec, Kuan spent nearly a decade at Microsoft Corporation in a number of engineering management and R&D roles across a number of web authoring, e-commerce, and web server product lines. Many of these products have formed the basis of current offerings still used by tens of millions of people across the world today. Previous to his tenure at Microsoft, Kuan was a Technical Analyst in the financial industry. Kuan received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Texas at Austin, where he studied Mathematics and Computer Science. He received his Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Technology Management from the University of Washington. Kuan holds multiple patents and patents pending in the areas of Web Services connectivity and Internet Security.

Theodore May, VP, Content and Value Added Services, Synacor: Theodore May has served as VP of Content for Synacor since July 2005. Previously, May held various positions, including VP of Broadband at America Online, Inc. He served as Director of Strategic Planning and VP of New Media at Cablevision Systems Corp., and as a VP in the Controller’s Division at Drexel Burnham Lambert, Inc. May also was the Associate Director of Business Planning and Development at CBS Broadcasting, Inc. He holds an M.B.A., New York University and a B.F.A., The Julliard School.












Warren Raisch, Chief Customer Officer, Digitaria: Warren Raisch has 20+ years of leadership experience building global brands and guiding top-tier companies. An accomplished strategist and marketer, his vision and expertise in business performance have driven notable enterprise growth in the high technology, interactive agency and consulting organizations worldwide. Warren has held senior/ executive-level roles at Snap Technologies, WebSideStory, Interwoven, Digitas, MarchFIRST, WorldCast Networks, Apple Computer, and others. Warren worked with Bill Gross and the IdeaLab to restructure a Search business into the nation’s fastest growing Ad Network, ranked number 23 largest by Comscore at its introduction. He built a rich media content based ad business that operates across over 2 million websites delivering over half a billion impressions per month to over 35 million unique users. Warren is a thought leader in online marketing, and a published author with McGraw-Hill Publishing with his book “The eMarketplace”.








Jeff Gorman, CEO, VidiGreet: Internationally-renowned comedic commercial director with over 40 years advertising & creative experience. Director of numerous award-winning commercials include NBA, Michael Jordan's first Nike commercial, and Good Dog (Bud Light), voted #1 spot of 2004 Super Bowl. Recipient of every major award in advertising including the Palme D'Or and Gold, Silver & Bronze Lions from the Cannes Film Festival. Founder of Johns+Gorman Films, a respected TV commercial production company focused on spots with "great, simple concepts." Creator and marketer of Thumbsuckers, a highly successful lollipop manufactured by Wrigley. Senior creative talent at Chiat/Day and numerous other agencies


Toby Morning, founder, Urban Technology Ventures: Toby is a serial entrepreneur who founded Urban Technology Ventures in 2001 in Hollywood. Toby was previously VP of Business development for Destiny Media Technologies, and worked on the MPE DRM, and Radio Destiny projects while at Destiny. In 2005 Toby launched IP Network Systems, the leading web services platform for media and entertainment company's around the globe.The company offers a wide variety of digital media related web services to accelerate development cycles, and cut application development cost by 50-70%. Among these services are several packaged solutions, including: Digital Retailing, Digital Dailies (Review and Approve), Digital Asset Management, Mobile Media Apps, and Digital Rights Management. IP Network Systems provides streaming media services designed to deliver high quality content delivery services in the most cost efficient manner.




Henry Wong, CEO and Founder, Zipidee: As Chief Executive Officer, Henry manages the executive team and oversees the execution of Zipidee’s strategic vision and direction. He has experience building and exiting companies as a legal advisor, operations executive, and principal investor. As a Partner with Novus Ventures and Artemis Ventures, Henry helped build and raise over $200 million in corporate and venture financing for companies. He also serves on the Board of Directors for AdECN, Inc. (NASDQ: MSFT), the world's first exchange marketplace for online display advertising. Previously, he was a co-Founder of WeWin.com, a video sharing website. Henry holds a J.D. and MBA from American University in Washington, D.C.
