Dean Denhart, President and Chief Operating Officer of BlackArrow, Inc., an advertising technology company founded to help address the economic challenges and opportunities created in the complex, multiplatform digital video advertising ecosystem financed by Comcast Interactive Capital, Cisco, Intel Capital, Mayfield Fund and Polaris Venture Partners. Previously, Dean oversaw the strategic development and implementation of both product and technology across the Knight Ridder Digital operations (recently acquired by McClatchy Company). Dean directs both business and product strategy, oversees audience metrics and analysis and is charged with leading the improvement, development and acquisition of technology and tools to support content delivery, product development and the commerce-related components for all related Web sites. Denhart was also the CIO and executive vice president of product and technology for HomeStore, an online real estate marketing company, where he was responsible for product engineering, site design, content management, internal systems and data and network center operations, in addition to contributing to the overall company strategy. He also served as the vice president of AirTouch Communications' software systems group, responsible for developing the overall systems strategy, and planning for all aspects of the U.S. cellular operations. Previously, he was a 17-year veteran of SBC Communications/Pacific Bell, where, as vice president for network systems, he oversaw the core telephone operations for both Pacific and Southwestern Bell. An expert in network systems organization, Denhart served in a variety of leadership roles in both the wireline and wireless companies, including a tour as the CIO of Telecel, a Portuguese cellular operator.

Brady Gilchrist, Executive Vice President, Strategy, Fuel Industries: Brady began his career as a commercial pilot with a love of science and an appetite for knowledge about technology. His first venture into the realm of communications technology was the creation of software that would allow pilots to receive wireless email in-flight. When the internet began to emerge as a new medium, he made the jump from the skies into the world of advertising to explore the limitless potential that it possessed. As Executive Vice President of Strategy at Fuel Industries, Brady is responsible for helping clients navigate the branded entertainment landscape with solid consumer insight and research. Headquartered in Toronto, Brady approaches the strategic development of each campaign with the philosophy that as branded entertainment evolves, the advertising that works will be the result of strategy, media and technology converged. In the early 1990s, Brady founded one of the first online agencies in Canada, and has since helped many major brands discover the possibilities of the web. Since then, he has developed and implemented online strategies for clients including Motorola, Shell, Covad, Cincinnati Bell, Ford, Acura. Most recently, he built the online practice at GJP Advertising as Senior Vice President of Digital. Since moving over to Fuel he has helped to develop interactive strategies with clients such as Fox, SciFi Channel, Hit Entertainment, Microsoft, Wrigley’s and many other leading brands. Brady’s love of exploration is not just limited to the world of marketing. In 2000, he wired up a sailboat to the internet and started one of the first blogs about living life entirely on the grid. Later that year he became a crew member aboard the Microsoft, Sony and Stern-sponsored Starship Millennium Project – a ship making a record of the planet at the turn of the new millennium.
